電壓擊穿試驗儀采用計算機(jī)控制，通過人機(jī)對話方式，完成對絕緣介質(zhì)材料的工頻電壓擊穿，工頻耐壓試驗。

適用于對固體絕緣材料(如：絕緣漆、樹脂和膠、浸漬纖維制品、層壓制品、云母及其制品、塑料、薄膜復(fù)合制品、陶瓷和玻璃等)在工頻電壓下?lián)舸╇妷?，擊穿?qiáng)度和耐電壓的測試。

儀器對實驗過程中的各種數(shù)據(jù)快速、準(zhǔn)確地進(jìn)行采集、處理、存取、顯示、打印。

安全保護(hù)功能：

◆ 試驗在試驗箱中進(jìn)行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側(cè)無電壓。100KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于370mm，50KV測試設(shè)備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。

◆ 設(shè)備要安裝單獨(dú)的保護(hù)地線。接保護(hù)地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產(chǎn)生的較強(qiáng)的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機(jī)失控。

◆ 該試驗設(shè)備的電路設(shè)有多項保護(hù)措施，主要有：過流保護(hù)、失壓保護(hù)、漏電保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、直流試驗放電報警等。

◆直流試驗放電報警功能:在設(shè)備做完直流試驗時,當(dāng)開啟試驗門時設(shè)備會自動報警,直至使用設(shè)備上的放電裝置放電后報警會自動取消.(注：因為直流試驗后不放電會危險到人身安全,不能直接拿取電極,起到提醒使用人員放電以免造成人身傷害)。

◆ 試驗放電裝置，隨主機(jī)為一體化，改進(jìn)了以往單獨(dú)配備一根放電桿的功能。

注意事項：
1、介電擊穿強(qiáng)度試驗儀安裝時應(yīng)具有獨(dú)立的接地線。
2、在開機(jī)前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。
3、儀器不能在有強(qiáng)烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。
4、試驗環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對濕度60％到70％之間
5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正?，F(xiàn)象。
6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時必須用高壓放電棒對高壓電極進(jìn)行放電，放電時間5秒以上。

7、每次進(jìn)行試驗前，必須檢查儀器接地。
